Lovers for Life is offered as a seven session programme, usually run over seven weeks, with trained facilitator couple(s).

Each session lasts approximately 2 hours, and builds on the previous session.

As the preferred programme is held over seven weeks, it is preferable to enrol early so that couples can participate fully without the distraction of last minute wedding details.
